I love them. Best tasting sugar free dark chocolate baking chips I've tasted. I just eat them right out of the bag. I have made cookies with them and they were good but right out of the bag keeps the baking mess at a minimum.

Great for coating my Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

I used these chips to drizzle on my low carb peanut butter cookies. I wound up completely coating the cookies with melted chips. The chips melted well and the flavor was amazing for a low carb candy. Next time I will try using them as just chips in the same cookie.
