Unlike other keto approved jams, we used real ingredients with smart culinary techniques to bring you the perfect substitute. We soak zero glycemic melon pieces in strawberries then blend them together to create a traditional chunky jam texture that's free of added cane sugar. To finish it off, we used chia seeds and prebiotic fiber to help create a good consistency and mouthfeel!

Good at first bite but...

The first few bites of this were great. However, it started tasting like perfume. I'm not sure where the taste came from but it didn't matter which bread or whether or not I was wearing perfume. I may order another jar to make sure it wasn't just this batch.

The BEST JAM!

My dad always looks for a quick and easy breakfast. As a diabetic he has to be extra cautious and careful due to his sugar which can make getting a snack a hassle. This jam has been a game changer in our house! One jar is gone is DAYS within a week almost guaranteed! It makes me so happy to see him eat a yummy treat without worry of added sugars & ingredients!
