ChocZero made it right

I have had these before and loved them for a mid afternoon snack. This recent box came hard as a rock. Completely inedible unless you wanted to scrape off the chocolate. ChocZero gave me a gift card for the amount of the bars I ordered when I brought it to their attention. Very quickly resolved. I later realized that I could microwave the bar in a bowl for about 20 seconds and it would be pliable enough to consume (with a spoon) 10/10 will order again!

I’m not normally a candy bar type person because of the sugar and calories, but I love these! I buy more than one box when I place my order. They are so handy for dessert after a light dinner, or for a snack! Way to go, ChocZero!
