To make this caramel dessert, we make our very own sugar free caramel in-house and shatter it into tiny candy bits. We then enrobe these tiny crunchy candies in our Keto Bark, so it has caramel candy in every mouthful for a sweet escape your taste buds won't forget. We also add some of the caramel melted into the bar itself to give you an extra sweet, keto friendly chocolate.

I bring ChocZero Caramel Candy Keto Bark to work, and one of my co-workers can’t get enough of them—just like me! We both love the fact that they are sugar-free, making them the perfect solution to satisfy our sweet tooth without the guilt. A must-have for anyone looking for a delicious, healthier snack!

Crunchy

I love caramel and these have bits of caramel, love the crunch in every bite.

The hand's down favorite bark you make! almost as good as Toffee Crunch!

We make our own version of toffee crunch. We crystalize your honey and melted salted caramels. When thoroughly dry and crunchy enough (tends to stay chewy a bit too long but goes hard a bit too soon and much too so it takes a bit of patience to get it right with melting and air drying. We don't have an air fryer so we have to rely on ordinary air.) we crush it with toasted pecans. (Toasted pecans are made in the saucepan with butter and choczero syrup. again, add a lot of dry out time. --- maybe a dehydrator would help?) Anyway we crush that to a fine powder. We put one layer of choczero caramel crunch on parchment in a glass baking dish on 175 for 6-9 minutes. We lift it out and spread it very thin on the parchment paper and immediately cover in the crushed caramel and nuts. More air drying time. Finally break into yummy crunchy pieces.
