This is the best variation of this particular cookie since the first one (your original release was far superior to anything keto ever, and I will die, without them, on this hill). I love the sandy crumbly texture and they would be perfect as a pie or cheesecake crust- if I didn't eat them so fast!

I am a huge fan of butter cookies and these are pretty good for being keto! The texture is a little gritty but there’s almond butter in it so to be expected. These taste great and satisfy my sweet tooth, I will order again.
