Delicious, but not a "turtle"

I thought they would look and taste like the old-fashioned caramel pecan turtles I used to get. Well, I was a bit surprised by the shape of them, I still think they are very good for sugar-free candy. I do find them a bit too chewy though. I think they should be less nugaty and more caramel gooey.

Hard, but amazing!

What delicious confections! I bought these for my husband, as he loved pecan turtles before we became a sugar- and grain-free household. However, I fell in love with them as well! He loves them, I love them, and everyone who has tried them loves them. While they can be hard to bite into, that’s part of their charm. The mix of flavors and the chewy, gooey deliciousness once you chew them is indescribably amazing. These candies have it all: texture, taste, nougaty goodness, and sublime pecans. I ordered four boxes for the holiday season because they are that good! They’re sugar-free and low in carbs, but I find them a bit addictive for both my husband and me. Thank you, ChocZero, for bringing real candy back into our sugar & grain-free household!

Hey there! We're so delighted to hear you are enjoying the Pecan Clusters. As a tip, if you're finding them a little hard, they can be warmed which will soften the caramel. A few second in the microwave will do the trick.

These are chewy, nutty, and luscious! Our son found them a little too hard to chew - that just left more for us, which was perfect.

Missed the mark with us…

I love all my ChocZero items I have purchased…with one exception. These MC Caramel clusters came super hard to bite or chew. Sorry.😢. I will stick with my milk chocolate baking chips and make my own chocolate with added nuts. 😢

Hey there! We're very sorry to hear you found the Pecan Clusters to be hard and unpleasant. If delivered during cold weather the caramel can sometimes firm up so needs time to soften. We recommend allowing them to get room temperature before enjoying. Another trick you can try is microwaving it for a few seconds to see if the caramel softens up that way.
