I love everything I get from this company but I have to say I didn't like the hot chocolate. Even with a whisk it's hard to get mixed up

Very rich. I might try watering it down more than the recommended amount. Too much for me, but my kids like it and I like that it doesn't have sugar!

I did not like this at all! Did not dissolve and I thought it was very bitter. I love hot chocolate but not thisone.

Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our Classic Hot Cocoa. If you haven't tried it, we'd recommend using a frother or a fork as that should help dissolving it. Unfortunately, instant hot cocoa does clump more. We'd recommend using milk instead of water, and you can add a piece of chocolate, vanilla/heavy cream, or even one of our hazelnut spreads for an improved flavor. I love the hot cocoa. The only thing that I do not like is that the powder does not dissolve well in the hot water. I still like it and will continue to purchase as it contains no sucrose so it is better for you.
