I absolutely love the taste of these! A perfect lemon treat! I took off a star because the cookies i got were all broken. I feel like maybe the cookie is a little fragile. Still excellent taste!

Ok, I absolutely love these, and I have to strictly pace myself or I will inhale an entire box in one go. They remind me of stacked wafer cookies, which I have missed since starting low carb. I also absolutely love the strawberry cookies. I'm similarly fond of, and missing, strawberry lemonade, and you can probably guess where this is going..

I wish I could share pics of the nostalgic and glorious romance that is half a 🍋 cookie mashed into half a 🍓 cookie. It tastes like your sticky childhood summers, melting with your friends in the heat, and setting lemonade stands or car washes to earn candy money. It's such a nostalgic combination, it's got me waxing (badly) poetic.

So, the 'but' in the title isn't bad, its just me wishing that there were ready-made strawberry-lemon cookies to order and immediately hide from my family. I'm manifesting this perfect summer cookie as hard as I can, though just asking for it might work better, lol.
