Tasty and crunchy alone or paired with tea or coffee. I also have crushed them and used in marscapone fat bombs rolled in cocoa or in unbaked pie crust for cheesecake or pudding pies.

I love these and the fiber that is in them

I love these little cookies. Three to a pack feels indulgent, but with so much fiber and so little sugar (low net carbs) they are guilt free. They're delicious as is - but also are terrific crumbled up in yogurt with some sliced fruit or crushed and pressed for a crust.

Favorite

These were my favorite until I tried the lemon sandwich cookies, and every other cookie that has come out since. I used these for s'mores in the winter, with the marshmallow fluff and chocolate squares. You have created anything that a diabetic misses when truly sticking to a healthy sugar free diet.
