The taste of these chocolates is great - I wish I could say the same for the packaging. Too much waste, and too difficult to retrieve the chocolates. As an older person with
arthritis, I find it much easier to access the candy through the bags I usually buy - and will in the future if you're still carrying them.

Sorry to hear that you've had trouble with the packaging. We made the choice to switch from bags to boxes to help save money in shipping chocolate to you as they're easier to pack, and they're more environmentally friendly. The box, tray and even the foil around the chocolate can be recycled. Each keto bark box has a round serrated 'punch' tab either on the front or back of the box. Press your thumb into the rounded part of the serrated tab and then lift up to open the box. Thank you so much for your feedback and understanding!
