I know that sounds strange but it is true. My son is on the Keto for Epileptic diet. He is only allowed 15 carbs a day and 90% of his total caloric intake must be fat. I use ChocZero for so much. I have come up with a recipe for mock cornbread that only has 2 1/2 carb a piece. I sliced it in half and put butter and the ChocZero strawberry jam on it. It was so yummy... he loved it!! I wish I could submit a picture!!! Thanks!

Tastes like the real deal!

Just tried the strawberry jam recently. It was so good. Tried it on toast. It was so delicious I even used it as a topping on mini keto cheesecakes! Yum!

This is one of the better sugar free jams I have had. I do not get a chemical taste nor do I get that nasty aftertaste of fake sugar. A swirl of this jam in some cottage cheese... please try it!
