One of the few candies that I didn’t care for because they were very hard , difficult to chew and almost felt stale. I think the taste would have been ok but because they were so hard I wouldn’t purchase again.

i think they were a little too chewy and could use a touch more salt for balance, but otherwise really tasty! the caramel has the right smoothness, mine just bordered on pull-your-tooth-out firmness, haha.

Caramel is very hard :(

I love ChocZero goodies!! But I am disappointed in these Pecan Clusters - they are very hard and crunchy and stick to my teeth. The caramel seems to be the culprit as it's very hard. I'm so sad!

Although the flavor of these is good, the caramel is extremely hard.

We're really sorry to hear that your milk chocolate pecan caramel clusters were hard, Jennifer! That's not the intended texture of caramel, however it is possible that the caramel has either seized in transit, or that the texture was affected due to colder weather. We'd recommend keeping the clusters at room temperature for 24 hours or warming them up in a microwave, but if that doesn't help, please get in touch with our support team. Thank you very much!
