HONEY for low carb people!

Just...wow! It's like... a kind of wildflower honey flavor! Slightly different than standard clover, but it's HONEY! The reason I've bought several already is because I use the honey to make honey-mustard sauce for chicken and other dipping!! Oh wow..it's just perfect! The texture, stickiness, and that honey flavor! We have to be careful, because the regular honey and this can be mistaken - I did that once...oops! I've tried it in tea... not bad... but I prefer my other sugar-substitute. BUT, it melts/dissolves beautifully..just like honey! And also like honey, if it is hard to get out, you can microwave it for a second or two - NO more...this stuff melts instantly! Use it in any honey-type recipe!
