Unlike other keto approved jams, we used real ingredients with smart culinary techniques to bring you the perfect substitute. We soak zero glycemic melon pieces in strawberries then blend them together to create a traditional chunky jam texture that's free of added cane sugar. To finish it off, we used chia seeds and prebiotic fiber to help create a good consistency and mouthfeel!

This is my favorite ChocZero product. I take this with me on trips to use for breakfast at hotels. I also bring Keto friendly bread to make toast and use the spread with it. Definitely reduces carbs while tasting great! Flavor is as good as sugar loaded spreads.

I have tasted all varieties & love them all. Great as a spred, and also for sweet cravings. One tbsp is 15 calories. I often have one or two tbsp when I crave sth sweet, and it only “costs” me 30 calories!

Good but

It taste really good and I enjoy it but every time I eat it, my blood sugar goes up a little bit more than I would like. Everybody’s different and for me that’s just what happens.

Sorry to hear that the Strawberry Jam caused a blood sugar spike for you. All of our products are sweetened with monk fruit and prebiotic fiber that are certified low glycemic ingredients, however, as you've mentioned, everyone is metabolically different. We do want to mention that since this product contains real strawberries, they can trigger a response in some folks and no response in others. We've also found that the body can process prebiotic fiber better after a full meal of protein and fat. That can look like having a couple eggs at breakfast with a serving of our jam directly after or otherwise pairing it with other products.
