This is the first time I have tried something ChocZero has made I would never buy again. I was expecting caramel not whatever that gritty disc was inside. I have ordered the caramel from here and it’s delicious so I am unsure why that’s not in it. I have ordered about everything and have never been disappointed until now. This won’t keep me away nor telling people how much I love this brand.

We add as much caramel as we can whilst keeping the product shelf stable, and caramel can be a bit of a diva in extreme weather, as it can become really hard in cold. If you let the squares go back to room temperature or warm them up a bit (for example in your palm), the caramel inside won't be as solid.
