Smallows Love!

I am a big lover of peanut butter and marshmallow sandwiches but haven’t eaten them for years because I did not want the sugar and other additives in store bought marshmallows. I am now enjoying my favorite sandwich once again. In fact I am enjoying Smallows any time. For an added treat I melt the 70% Choc Zero dark chocolate, stir in the Smallows and turn out on parchment paper till dry. I keep them in an air tight container and pop them into my mouth any time of day. The ultimate yum but I do agree with Hiroko below…where’s the graham crackers for a perfect Smallowmore.

Dear ChocZero, please make gluten-free, sugar-free graham crackers. With your amazing chocolate selections AND this awesome marshmallow, it's SOOOO close to be able to make s'mores... These marshmallows are REALLY good!!

Made rice krispy treats with these & oh boy, they disappeared same day.
Fantastic to be able to make a rice kriswpy treat that does not raise my hubby's glycemic index.
