Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

You can actually roast these!!!!!! The last keto marshmallows I had couldn’t be roasted (wah wah) these are sooooo good. And a serving size is 6! I can’t say enough good things about them. I freakin’ love them

I am a huge marshmallow fan. When I was doing full keto/no sugar, marshmallows were the only thing I missed. I didn't even think it would be possible to make sugar free marshmallows that tasted the same, if not better, as regular marshmallows. These are amazing. I recently tried another sugar free marshmallow, they were in the grocery store and as a marshmallow fanatic, curiosity got the best of me. What a huge let down, they didn't even come close. I had immediately log on and order more of these because I love them so much. My only word of caution is...as tempting as it may be, don't eat a whole bag, they might make you a bit "gassy" if you overdo it.
