Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

This tastes like the real thing and I know that because I did a tastes test with the real thing side by side almost no difference except choczero's were a tad bit firmer I used these for keot rice krispy treats. Great job

I cannot believe how GOOD your Marshmallows are, and how much I have missed them over the years! No other sugar free Marshmallow comes close, and these can even be toasted!! I am putting them on all of my chocolate treats now (cookies, bark, peanut clusters, brownies, etc-that I make with ChocZero chocolate,of course), sometimes I just toast 6 of them in the oven and eat just them. I had not eaten Marshmallows for at least 25 years because of the ingredients--and now I eat them every day (and they are full of fiber!). Thanks ChocZero for another great product.
