These are so good!!

These don’t taste like low carb, low sugar candy bars.
I chop up two mini bars and mix it with one chopped apple, a quarter cup of roasted peanuts and a couple spoonfuls of whipped cream, for a decadent tasting caramel apple dessert which makes 2 servings.

One of my favorites from Choc Zero. Sometimes I will get a batch that is very hard but they still taste great.

If that doesn't solve the issue, these bars might be from a single batch with a 5% hardness rate when exposed to extreme temperatures. I can eat a candy bar again!

I'm hypoglycemic and have made many simple adjustments in my life to avoid making myself ill. While there are a lot of sugar free options out there for chocolate, I hadn't found anything that replicated the delight and decadence of eating a real candy bar until now.

Rhea is the perfect antidote to my occasional need for something sweet and "naughty". The balance of caramel and nuts to chocolate is similar to some name brand full sugar options but tastier, in my opinion, with none of the side effects I experience from sugar.
