Good cookies but mine showed up broken

These were good but unfortunately maybe from shipping and handling my cookies were almost all broken inside.

ABSOLUTE FAVORITE, but I have not tried everything..........yet 😋😁

I LOVE simple "bread-y" and "cake-y" things. I'm happy with just toast. Nothing on it, just the bread; toasted. So I LOVE these cookies. They are just so simple in texture and flavor yet they are so satisfying. These will always be on hand in my house. KETO & sugar/gluten free, these are super cookies. Some comments mentioned that they are a bit dry, and they are, just a bit. But if you read the ingredients you understand why, again KETO & sugar/gluten free. But for me this adds to the texture that I like. A cookie without the things I dont want but everything I do want.

Genius butter cookies!

We can’t keep these in our pantry very long because they are the perfect tasting butter cookie. My husband is super picky about sugar free baked goods and he loves these. The texture and taste are really nice. My only wish is that they didn’t have so much almond ingredients. Please get nuts out of traditionally nut free food! So many of us are allergic and would love to enjoy these.

New containers are poor quality

I love your products, especially the butter cookies. They are not too sweet and one or two are perfect with coffee. I also liked the novelty of the tin canister they used to come in. However, the recent changes to the container are unacceptable. The new, slightly taller yet smaller diameter tins are difficult to close and must be made of thinner material. It is no exaggeration to report that half the cookies have been broken upon arrival more than once. No other changes are apparent besides the container and maybe the shipping company. There is no less non-recyclable plastic either. This leads me to think that the change was motivated by your cost and bottom line. It could be something else, but I am sure the decision wasn’t made with the customer in mind. This is unfortunate.

Thank you for the feedback and I'm so glad to hear you like our butter cookies! It was our first official cookie and we were so excited to be able to make it. Sadly, our tin had to change dimensions to fit Amazon protocols so we didn't get penalized with fees. But the thickness of the material has not changed. During this time of inflation, we are always looking for ways to keep prices low and affordable for folks, so we had to change the measurements of the tin. That way we don't have to pass on unnecessary costs to you. That's why it's hard for us to hear that we need more premium packaging, especially when a thicker tin wouldn't keep cookies from breaking more. We're always trying to walk a balanced line between affordable and premium products for the customer! I hope that all makes sense and I thank you for sharing how you feel about our cookies.

Bestest Butter Cookies

I was skeptical when I first ordered these because most store-bought keto cookies just don’t have that crunch and texture — or flavor. I think I’ve re-ordered these three times since I first tried them. I don’t know what magic Choc Zero uses, but these are THE CLOSEST to a sugar laden and heavy processed Danish Butter Cookie. These are sugar free and wholesome ingredients — yummy, crunchy, buttery cookie. Just missing the sugar free crystal sprinkles on the pretzel shaped ones. My last order had a few broken, but that’s fine — shipping — and it just made me not eat them whole. 😆

Delicious butter cookies

These are great butter cookies. Love the taste and that they are low carb. Have had some issues with them arriving broken but that is a challenge with shipping cookies. They still always taste great regardless. The tin is also super cute!
