What happened to my favorite Dunkiie?

I have ordered these Oreo Dunkies several times and have thoroughly enjoyed them, but now there has been a change. The package has been changed and they are wrapping them in 2 packs, that is good for portion control, but nothing more. I ordered 6 boxes of these and each box that we have opened have most of these cookies in crumbs, which I do not enjoy, the new packaging is letting them get broken while in transit. Also the older cookies were more moist, these were dry and crumbly and not as sweet as they used to be, I am so disappointed, liked all the other stuff I ordered, may never order these again and they were my husbands favorite.

Sorry you didn't enjoy the chocolate dunkies this time! To explain, we've updated the packaging to individual packets to help with portion control and freshness. It also makes the cookies easier to pack in your bag or lunch box. However, I'd like to reassure you that we haven't changed anything about the recipe. We did invest in a new oven that baked our cookies more uniformly, so you might notice that the cookie is more crispy. We take great care to pack our cookies however they can sometimes have a bumpy journey in the mail - especially that they're gluten free so they're easier to break. Love them! So glad they're wrapped in packs of 2, it keeps me from eating the whole box!

Disappointing

I wish I could think of a positive thing to say about these cookies but I haven't been able to. Dry and crumbly unfortunately. And my bad, I bought 2 boxes, chocolate and vanilla. They will be tossed.

These are the closest to oreo cookies taste you can find without all the carbs. So yummy!

For something called Dunkies... You literally cannot dunk these :( they fall apart in milk. They also lack the sweetness needed in the chalky cookie part to make them palatable

My husbands new favorite sweet ! I'm the Butter Cookie eater and he loves the chocolate Dunkies.

Meh

I think I had too high of expectations for these! These did not wow me! I understand having to use different ingredients to have a "healthier treat" but the texture of the cookie is not great. I even tried dipping these in my morning coffee and the cookie portion still had an odd texture and the cream didn't soften at all. They are just okay in my opinion! I do highly recommend their Speculoos cookies (YUM)!
